How to Check 1h:

During the design process in Canvas pages:

Identify with Canvas Accessibility Checker.
- While in the "Rich Content Editor", click on any alerts from the person icon at the bottom right of the content box.
- Look for the following issues:
  - Table headers should specify scope and the appropriate structure.
  - Tables should include at least one header.

After Canvas pages created and for uploaded files:

Run Ally Accessibility Report
- Look for the following errors:
  - The PDF has tables that don't have any headers
  - The document has tables that don't have any headers
  - The presentation has tables that don't have any headers
